DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A maintenance man accused of putting cameras in women's restrooms was indicted on a 15-count charge by a Warren County grand jury Monday.

Gerald D. Rowe, 65, was indicted on nine counts of burglary, five counts of voyeurism and one count of possession of criminal tools.

Rowe faces a maximum possible sentence of eight years on each burglary count, 60 days in jail on each voyeurism count and one year for possession of criminal tools.

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said Rowe, of Milford, worked in the Steeplechase Apartments complex in Deerfield Township from February to March of this year, and had access to the homes of four women.

Fornshell said Rowe used his access as a maintenance worker to install video recording equipment in their bathrooms "to capture them in a state of undress."

Rowe will be arraigned Aug. 26 at 8:30 a.m.
