Authorities said a body was recovered Monday following a search for a kayaker who capsized in Twins Creek on Sunday.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources started searching for 55-year-old Kathleen M. Lewis of Springboro after her kayak struck a tree, capsizing her craft.
ODNR has not yet confirmed if Lewis is the person crews pulled from the creek Monday.
The Franklin Township Fire Department, Joint Emergency Medical Services and Christian Aid Ministries - Ohio Search and Rescue assisted in the recovery.
ODNR's investigation is ongoing.
