LEBANON, Ohio -- Balsam Wood Lane in Lebanon, a neat row of trees and family homes near Jarod Park, is a typically quiet residential area with little crime, according to Lebanon police.
Tuesday night, however, officers responding to a call in the neighborhood found a man who had been shot multiple times: in the arm, the abdomen and the groin.
Another man on the scene identified himself as the shooter and allowed police to arrest him, according to a news release from Lebanon police. The victim was transported to Miami Hospital for treatment.
Authorities will continue to investigate the incident.
