LEBANON, Ohio -- A judge sentenced a Lebanon man to 10 years in prison for attempted rape and gross sexual imposition involving a child under 13, Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell announced Thursday.
Jonathan Schneider, 29, had sexual conduct with the child beginning in December of 2015.
After he's released from prison, Schneider will have to register as a Tier III sex offender. He will have to register every 90 days for the rest of his life.
