BLANCHESTER, Ohio — A massive fire destroyed a building in downtown Blanchester Friday morning, according to Blanchester’s fire chief.
A passerby saw the fire at 102 S Broadway St. and called authorities, the chief said. When crews arrived on scene, the fire was coming through the roof.
The building houses several small businesses and some residents.
One person was able to get out of the building, and no one was injured.
