If you want to help local children who have to move around a lot, then move your feet.

That's the message of the Children's Home of Northern Kentucky's new #DuffleShuffle initiative. The Duffle Shuffle aims to help children own a bag to move their belongings in during times of crisis and transition.

Everyone from the Cincinnati BenGals Cheerleaders to FC Cincinnati is shuffling.

According to the Children's Home, children in unstable housing situations often have to transport their most-beloved belongings from place to place in garbage bags. By donating a duffle bag or backpack, Tri-Staters can add ease and dignity to these frequent moves.

More than 8,100 Kentucky children were in out-of-home living situations such a foster homes and the houses of friends or relatives in April, according to the Children's Home.

So how do you do the #DuffleShuffle? It's easy. First, buy a duffle bag. Next, start dancing, get it on video and post it to your social media using #DuffleShuffle. (Don't forget to tag a friend and challenge them to follow your lead!) Then drop you duffle at an official Duffle Drop location by June 30.

Here's more information on how you can help.
