TAYLOR MILL, Ky. -- Four Kenton County students were hospitalized after a crash at about 3 p.m. Monday on Pride Parkway.

Three of the students were taken to Children's Hospital Medical Center and one was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, according to school district representative Jess Dykes.

An adult involved in the crash was also hospitalized, according to police. The names and conditions of those injured were not released due to privacy concerns.

Lt. Ron Wilson said one vehicle crossed the Pride Parkway median and struck the other. The cause was still under investigation.

Dykes said a crisis counseling team will be at both Scott High School and Woodland Middle School on Tuesday because students from both schools witnessed the crash.

"Taylor Mill is a very tight-knit community," Dykes said. "And we know that Taylor Mill will help support Scott High School, Woodland Middle School and the staff, students and families in this community."
