INDEPENDENCE, Ky. – Police arrested a man Sunday they said assaulted a 3-month-old child.
Casey Radcliffe, 24, was charged with first degree assault.
The infant was still in the pediatric ICU at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Sunday night.
Radcliffe faces 10-20 years in prison if convicted.
