COVINGTON, Ky. -- Officials will address the shootings that happened at the same Covington intersection just days apart.
Covington police and Kenton County Commonwealth's Attorney Rob Sanders are holding a news conference at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to address the fatal shootings at the intersection of 13th and Wheeler streets.

Lazuri Collins, a 24-year-old mother of three, was shot at the intersection Saturday morning. She died later that afternoon. No one has come forward.
One person was killed and another was injured in a Tuesday shooting at the same Covington intersection. Neither victim's name was immediately publicized. Police said the intersection is busy, and they believe someone has information regarding the shootings.
