COVINGTON, Ky. -- After waiting nearly four months, a vandalized Northern Kentucky police memorial has been fixed and rededicated.
The Northern Kentucky Police Memorial was broken during the 2015 MLB All-Star Game over the summer.
It’s still unclear who is to blame for the damage.
The owners of the Lexus River Center donated funds to have the memorial repaired.
Police and local officials held a rededication ceremony for the memorial at noon Tuesday.
To protect the memorial from further damage, two surveillance cameras were installed nearby.
Anyone with information about the vandals are urged to call Covington police.
