COVINGTON, Ky. -- Police on Tuesday evening announced they had located Walter Franklin, a 66-year-old man who had been listed as critically missing earlier in the day.
According to a news release from the Covington Police Department, Franklin has dementia. His family told police he left home early Tuesday afternoon, claiming he was on his way to Cincinnati.
He was reunited with them around 9:45 p.m. the same day.
