NORWOOD, Ohio — Norwood police captured two suspects after they allegedly rammed two police cruisers at the Rookwood Parking Garage.
After ramming the cruisers, the suspects attempted to enter I-71 southbound, but crashed. According to police on the scene, the driver and one passenger were arrested while another suspect got away.
