Man shot in face in front of Norwood market

NORWOOD, Ohio -- Witnesses were able to help police make an arrest in an overnight shooting.

Norwood police said a man was shot in the face in front of Sherman Market on Tuesday night.

The shooting happened in an area with new lights were installed to help fight crime.

Officers said the 20-year-old victim was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and should be OK.

Investigators said they were able to track down a suspect after talking with witnesses who saw the shooting.

No other details have been released.
