NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio — Police are asking the public for help to locate a missing 14-year-old last seen Friday morning in North College Hill.
Zarah Watkins left her home on Columbine Court at around 8 a.m. after her mother discovered she didn't go to school. Her backpack was found on a nearby street. Police said Watkins has a history of depression.
Watkins is 5 feet tall, has brown braided hair and was last seen wearing a red, white and blue Tommy Hilfiger coat, black pants and maroon shoes.
