NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio — A man being held under house arrest was shot to death Monday morning on Clovernook Avenue, police Chief Ryan Schrand announced that afternoon.
Jamin Posey, 33, was discovered dead of a single gunshot wound. Police consider the incident a homicide.
