MOUNT HEALTHY, Ohio — Update: Police said the 13-year-old was found early Wednesday morning.

Police requested the public’s help locating a 13-year-old boy who left his home alone late Tuesday night.
A news release described Nehemiah Smith as standing 4-feet-11-inches and weighing 70 pounds. He was wearing dark sweatpants, a long-sleeved gray shirt and gray sandals when he left home around 9 p.m.
Smith is diabetic and could be in need to medical treatment, according to police.
