MOUNT HEALTHY, Ohio -- Police are looking for a woman who is missing and is without her medication, Mount Healthy police said Wednesday.
Tosha Cephas, 20, was last seen Friday in downtown Cincinnati. Cephas has depression and left her medicine at home, her mother said.
Cephas is a black woman, about 5’4’’ and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt with blue jean capri pants.
