CINCINNATI – The Indian Hill mom at the center of a bitter property fight is going back to jail for violating a judge’s order.

Judge Jody Luebbers said Monday Jacqueline "Crysta" Pleatman sent five emails to people in her case after she was ordered not to.

The judge ordered Pleatman serve five days in jail for contempt of court and had deputies handcuff her immediately.

“You know very well what the court expected of you and you point-blank answered that you did,” Luebbers told Pleatman.

A jury found Pleatman guilty on one count of telecommunications harassment in November. She was accused of harassing homeowner Grant Troja, who sued her after she backed out of negotiations to buy his $1.2 million home.
