HARRISON, Ohio --  A man made a snack and fell asleep in a Harrison home after he tried to steal $200, police said.

Adam Fillers, 33, of Harrison, was arrested on charges of burglary Saturday after he entered a home on Flintstone Drive, according to an affidavit.

Police said Fillers also had an uncapped syringe in his coat pocket, and an officer stuck himself while conducting a search.

Fillers told police he “had one beer and knew he wasn’t in the right house,” according to an affidavit.

Fillers also faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and possessing drug instruments.

Fillers is being held on a $10,000 bond.
