HARRISON, Ohio -- A man’s rough treatment of his baby daughter will leave the child with permanent damage if she survives at all, according to court documents.
Hamilton County documents indicate Tyler B. Davis, 21, stands charged with felonious assault for “violently” shaking his 4-week-old daughter until her brain began to bleed Thursday.
The baby’s mother called 911 and told a dispatcher that she was “twitching, pale,” breathing shallowly and not responding to interaction.
Davis was arrested Friday. If convicted, he could spend up to eight years in prison.
