DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio – A Cincinnati man faces charges after police said he threatened a McDonald’s employee and exposed his penis.
Mark Callahan, 26, exposed his penis to an employee at the Delhi Avenue McDonald’s restaurant while in his car Monday, according to an affidavit from police. Callahan said he would rape the employee in the buttocks.
Callahan then refused to leave the restaurant’s parking lot, police said.
Police arrested Callahan Saturday. He was charged with public indecency and aggravated menacing.
Callahan was issued a $5,000 bond Monday, $2,500 for public indecency and $2,500 for aggravated menacing.
