DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio – A Delhi Township woman is accused of forcing a teen girl to have sex for money over a period of several years.
Police said Carrie Mills, 36, lured the girl to have sex with 52-year-old Gerald Imsicke.
The teen told police about the sex crimes Wednesday, Dec. 30, investigators said. Officers confronted Mills that same day and said she admitted to forcing the teen to have sex from the age of 13 and on. Police charged her with one count of trafficking in persons, a first-degree felony.
Also on Wednesday, officers arrested Imsicke at his home in Middletown and charged him with one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third-degree felony.
Police said Mills financially benefited from what happened and used the girl’s trust to her advantage.
Both Mills and Imsicke were taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
