COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- The Ohio Parole Board denies mercy for condemned Cincinnati man who killed two, including his wife, the Associated Press reports.
Raymond Tibbetts was convicted of the 1997 murder of his wife, Judith Sue Crawford, and Fred Hicks. He was sentenced to death in Hamilton County.
