CINCINNATI -- Police are investigating a homicide after they found a woman dead in an apartment Thursday afternoon, according to Cincinnati police.
Police said 52-year-old Tracy A. Epperson died “as the result of homicidal violence." They found her body at 2710 East Tower Drive. Police did not release details on Epperson's cause of death.
Authorities arrested Elijah B. Roberts at 11:15 p.m. in Tipton County in connection with Epperson’s death.
Roberts is being held at the Tipton County Jail pending extradition.
