CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police are seeking a woman with a baby and three men in connection with a fatal shooting in Westwood Saturday afternoon.

Police identified the victim as 35-year-old Antoine Higgins. He was killed in the 3100 block of Ferncrest Court. Police said they responded at about 3:15 p.m.
Police said the foursome and baby fled in a silver Honda CRV with a passenger rear window broken out.
No other details have been released.
