CINCINNATI — Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting in the area of Werk Road and Glenmore Avenue that occurred around 8:30 p.m. Monday evening.
According to the Cincinnati Police Department, James Ellison, 39, was shot several times in the 3300 block of Werk Road before he drove away from the shooting scene. Ellison crashed his car a short time later in the parking lot of the Family Dollar on Glenmore Avenue.
Police said Ellison died at the scene.
Authorities said there is no suspect information at this time.
