CINCINNATI - A man drinking and waving a gun fired a shot through the ceiling and hit his daughter in the back, police say.
The woman was seriously injured, according to police.
Douglas Allen, 36, is charged with domestic violence. He will face a judge Monday.
The incident happened at a home in the 1700 block of Wyoming Avenue in West Price Hill.
