CINCINNATI — A man faces two counts of aggravated arson in connection with a fire that forced multiple families from their homes in a West Price Hill apartment building Monday afternoon.

According to Cincinnati Fire Department officials, the fire began on the 800 block of Nebraska Avenue. Emergency crews arrived at the scene just after noon, dispatchers confirmed.
