CINCINNATI -- An outage knocked out power Monday morning for more than 4,300 homes on the East side of Cincinnati.
Outages were first reported just before 5 a.m. in Walnut Hills, East Walnut Hills, Mount Adams, Eden Park, the East End and parts of Downtown.
Power was restored to most homes by about 9 a.m.
