CINCINNATI — Two Cincinnati police officers suspended earlier this year are no longer on the force, according to police records.

Sgt. LaKisha Gross spoke to WCPO in 2017 for an unrelated story.

Personal crimes investigator Sgt. LaKisha Gross, 39, was dismissed on Dec. 19. Polygraph technician Officer Darren Sellers, 51, retired effective Oct. 23.

Their policing powers had been suspended and they had been placed on leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation, Lt. Steve Saunders reported in May.

CPD has not elaborated on the reason for the suspensions, the result of the investigation, or the reason for Gross' dismissal.

WCPO has requested that information.

Gross joined the force in 2005 and Sellers joined in 1998, according to their personnel files.
