CARTHAGE, Ohio -- Police announced Monday night they had successfully located the family of a toddler found alone in Caldwell Nature Preserve.
They thanked the public for helping reunite the boy, who was found in flip-flops and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" trunks, with his mother by sharing their plea for help on social media.
