CINCINNATI -- A 2-year-old boy abducted from Forest Park Wednesday evening by his non-custodial mother was found safe, police announced early Thursday morning.
Authorities said mother Priscilla Kavanaugh took her son, Harper Hamm, around 7 p.m. According to a news release, they worried about Hamm's safety in her care.
Kavanaugh stands charged with abduction. She is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Friday.
