CINCINNATI — A car crashed headlong into the front of a Spring Grove Village daycare center late Friday night, leaving the sidewalk outside littered with broken glass and metal.
The vehicle, a black SUV, took down a stop sign on its way into Constant Care Learning Center on Epworth Avenue. At 11, a shattered, detached headlight lay feet away from the Happy Harvest sign on the front door.
Police did not immediately share information about the circumstances leading to the crash.
An officer confirmed later that the driver had been taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
