CINCINNATI — Queen City favorites Boca and Sotto numbered among the best restaurants in the United States for 2018, according to OpenTable.
The online reservation-booking service releases an annual list of 100 American restaurants that “are consistently putting out delicious dishes, providing impeccable service, and paying attention to every detail to orchestrate one-of-a-kind dining experiences” based on analysis of diners’ reviews. (This methodology naturally limits the honorees to those using OpenTable to accept reservations.) Its 2018 list included the high-end local pair.
Ninety-seven percent of customers who reviewed Boca said they would recommend it, according to the site. Many mentioned its Amish chicken as a standout dish and said the restaurant would be good for a date or anniversary.
Sotto carried the same approval rating and even more enthusiastic endorsements of its short rib cappellacci.
