CINCINNATI -- Craving a nightmare before Christmas? The Dent Schoolhouse, a haunted house that typically closes up shop after Halloween, will obligingly provide one over the weekend.

Anyone interested in having the tinsel scared out of them ahead of the holidays can purchase a ticket for the 6 p.m-midnight event Friday or Saturday night.

General admission will cost $25; fast passes and front-the-line tickets are available for $45 and $55, respectively.

According to The Dent Schoolhouse’s official website, visitors can expect to see “new holiday monsters,” including a vicious-looking Teddy bear, some unnerving elves and a Mrs. Claus intent on turning visitors into Christmas dinner.

Don’t say Krampus never brought you anything.
