CINCINNATI -- Police are investigating a shooting that occurred around 5 a.m. Monday in Roselawn near the corner of Summit and Reading roads.
While responding to a structural fire call, officers say they heard gunshots and saw the victims running toward them. A man claimed he and a woman had been walking on Reading Road when suspects in a silver car with heavily tinted windows attempted to rob them.
The man had a gunshot wound to his right ear and was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.
