CINCINNATI -- Roads were mostly dry and clear in the Tri-State Thursday morning, but a "mysterious slick spot" caused trouble for drivers in Roll Hill.

A vehicle encountered the ice and crashed into a pole before 6 a.m., Cincinnati Police dispatchers said.

The crash blocked Montana Avenue near Baltimore Avenue until 7 a.m. Our traffic cameras and Chopper 9 showed salt trucks on the scene after the crash.
