CINCINNATI - Duke Energy crews worked through frigid overnight wind chills to repair power outages resulting from Friday night’s snowstorm.
Just as they fixed some, others popped up. By 5 a.m., about 1,600 customers were without power -- but within a half-hour, that number had been cut to about 200.
