CINCINNATI -- Police are asking for help locating a missing man who may be "suffering from mental distress."
Quan Collins, 23, was last seen leaving Irving Street on Sept. 9. He was in a 2002 Nissan Maxima that police recovered Monday.
Collins is 6'0 and 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a lion with a crown on his chest and a tattoo of Simba from "The Lion King" on his right forearm.
Police asked that anyone with information about Collins' whereabouts call Detective Nedra Ward at 513-569-8600.
