CINCINNATI -- A "critical" missing man sought by police was found to be an inmate in the Hamilton County Justice Center Thursday.
Police had sent out an alert for 18-year-old Joseph Rudd earlier Thursday, stating he had gone out Sunday evening and never returned.
It turned out that Rudd had been arrested that night after police said he was uncooperative with an officer. He did not give his real name, according to police.
Police charged Rudd with obstructing official business. He's being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center with bond set at $20,000.
