Update: The boy's parents have been found. Police said the boy had let himself out of their home, and no charges will be filed.
CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for the parents of a small child they found wandering near the 5300 block of Winneste Avenue.
The child is about 2 years old, police said. His hair is styled in three-inch twists, and he was wearing light blue pajamas and a white T-shirt.
