CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a missing man who they said has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old.
Roy Haynes, 43, has been missing since May 25, according to police.
Haynes is 5'10" and 165 lbs. with brown eyes and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing long black basketball shorts, a green and black Wester Hill Builders Supply baseball cap, a white T-shirt and gray New Balance gym shoes.
Haynes has a mental disability and frequently walks off to wooded areas near his home, according to police.
Someone did report seeing Haynes in the Price Hill area May 29, but said he ran right past her, police said.
