CINCINNATI -- Police are searching for a 43-year-old man they've identified as a critically missing person.
Roy Haynes went missing at about 3:30 p.m. Jan. 26. He was last seen wearing a bright blue hooded sweatshirt, a white T-shirt, brown pants and brown Timberlands. Police said he is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
Police said he is not a danger to the community and enjoys sitting on the City Steps.
