CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a “critical missing” 57-year-old woman who has “mental health issues,” according to Cincinnati police.
Marchelle Tatum, of Over the Rhine, is a black female, 5’3’’ and about 157 pounds. Police do not have a clothing description or an idea of where Tatum could be going.
