CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a missing man who is mentally disabled and without his medication.
Ronald Owens, 65, was last seen at 8:18 a.m. Friday at 644 Probasco St. Police said he got into a silver or light gray mid-sized sedan. A woman was driving.
Owens was last seen wearing a gray and blue shirt, blue jeans and gray New Balance gym shoes.
Anyone with information should call police.
