CINCINNATI -- Police have determined the death of 15-month-old Elijah Obrecht Jr., who died July 5 in the Christ Hospital Emergency room, was a homicide.
According to an online obituary, Obrecht Jr. was the son of Faith Phifer and Elijah Obrecht. He arrived at Christ Hospital the night of July 5 from a Sinton Avenue home in Walnut Hills.
