CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a man Sunday who is accused of stealing a car while a child was in the backseat.
Jeremy Cole, 34, stole a 1997 Toyota Avalon at the One Stop Market on Glenmore Avenue at about 11 a.m. on Jan. 2, police said. The vehicle had been left running with a 7-year-old in the backseat.

Cole dropped the child off in freezing temperatures in a parking lot two miles away, police said. The child was later reunited with family.
Cole faces charges of kidnapping and robbery.
