CINCINNATI -- Pharrell Williams is a man of many well-known talents, including singing, dancing and never looking more than half his actual age. (He's claimed he's not a vampire, but that doesn't rule out alien, time traveler or Dorian Gray, right?) But Saturday saw him showcasing a lesser-known virtue: A huge, loving heart.

Eight-year-old Cincinnatian Reef Carneson has spent most of his life in the hospital receiving critical treatment for his acute lymphoblastic leukemia, according to a TMZ report. He’s also a huge Pharrell Williams fan.

When the singer learned that one of Reef’s dreams was to meet him, he hired a private car to drive him from Cincinnati to a Saturday night concert in Philadelphia.

According to TMZ, Williams gave Reef the full VIP treatment: A five-star hotel room, tickets to the show, backstage passes and -- best of all -- an onstage appearance. Reef got to join Williams in front of the crowd while the singer serenaded him with “Happy.”

You can watch video from the concert on TMZ’s website, but be ready -- you might need tissues to sop up your own happy tears.
