CINCINNATI – Police arrested a woman Tuesday who they said fractured and deformed another woman’s nose during a fight in East Walnut Hills Dec 13.
Samantha Harvey, 47, hurt the other woman’s nose, scalp and mouth during the altercation, according to an affidavit.
The victim needed several surgeries, including a turbinectomy, skeptical cartlage graft, open septoplasty and rhinoplasty, according to the affidavit.
Harvey was charged with felonious assault.
Her bond was set at $10,000 with a 10 percent option.
