CINCINNATI — Police requested the public’s help Friday afternoon locating Miracle Black, a 14-year-old girl whom they believe could be in danger.
Black was last seen on Wednesday in Winton Hills. She was wearing an olive green T-shirt, dark blue jeans and white or gray shoes at the time of her disappearance.
She stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 135 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes.
